Sunshine Special

Multi-channel Marketing Project | July 2024

I led the promotion of "Sunshine Special," a multichannel marketing campaign spanning organic social media, email marketing, and in-person outreach.

The promotional image, shot by me along the Ottawa River, was enhanced using AI to amplify the beach-inspired visual aesthetic.

I lead the creation of staff-focused content, including anniversary spotlights, team member shout outs, event appearances, testimonials, and more.

Through producing Employee Generated Content (EGC), I help strengthen our team’s social presence and create a sense of familiarity and connection with our audience.

As of this year, I’ve started producing and filming my own short-form videos to promote blog content. My video work is rooted in transparency, honesty, and a touch of humour—I always aim to infuse my personality into everything I create.

I also support the marketing team with filming and creative direction, bringing ideas to life both behind the camera and in front of it.

Tailored to Candidates & Hiring Managers

The biweekly and monthly newsletters are designed to keep clients and candidates engaged—even when our recruiters aren’t actively in touch.

Using industry segmentation, signed clients receive blind candidate profiles tailored to their hiring intent and general interests.

The goal? For clients to show hiring interest in a profile and keep the hiring conversation going.

To keep things informative (and efficient), I also repurpose social content like TAG Tips, Leaders in Business, and blog posts—saving time and driving traffic back to our platforms.

Automation Series

Beyond routine newsletters, I use Mailchimp automations to manage segmented audiences, confirm hiring interest, and deliver educational content.

This includes setting up automated workflows to onboard clients & job seekers, send resources to candidates, and service information to hired talent.

I also use automation rules to helping keep our lists up to date by tagging, cleaning, and organizing contacts based on their activity or industry—making sure our content stays relevant and targeted.
